PLEASE READ Important Notes:

1. Membership is REQUIRED of all who enter Miami Velvet. There are NO exceptions whatsoever. The minimum membership period is 1 month for out-of-state tourists and 3 months for Florida residents.
2. Miami Velvet does not offer a one-night membership. Minimum membership periods are below.
3. EVERYONE who enters Miami Velvet MUST present a valid government issued photo identification
4. Miami Velvet is BYOB. We do not sell liquor. We provide all mixers and set-ups free of charge.
5. Gentlemen must be 25 years old and ladies must be at least 21 to enter.
6. You must abide by our Dress Code for entrance.
